You could try a universal that you may be able to get at one of the retail establishments you mentioned. Make sure you set the thing right though, over voltage, or over amping the computer will fry it. If you go with the universal, I suggest you use it until you get the regular adapter for your computer. Then throw it in a drawer to use as a back up for when things like this happen.
