Hi there, The short and sweet story behind my ordeal, is that I want to make my wife's toy a little faster and reliable. It will sometimes freeze up, lag real bad, doesn't keep up well with games being played (will freeze randomly), and can't seem to handle more than one profile being used for Windows ID's.
So we figured best idea is to just delete the entire damn thing and start from fresh. OK, sounds easy... but she doesn't have any of the disks it came with, except for the following: Windows Works 9, Reinstallation DVD for Windows Vista Home Premium 32BIT,Roxio Creator, and Dell LCD Monitor... Oh, and one DVD for Reinstalling Dell Inspiron 531 Computer Software, but nothing stating Recovery Disk, and that's what we need in order to wipe everything clean, correct? So what other choices do I have so I could delete everything on her computer and clean up all the junk on it? Thanks a million!
