During starting up, my computer gives messages like: "C:\WINDOWS\System32\BROWSEUI.dll is no valid Windowscopy" or "Explorer.EXE - BROWSEUI.dll cannot be found". As a result I only can check/send my e-mails via de website of my internet provider. I have lost my starting page with the icons. Who has experience with this phenomenon?
