Looks like a problem with your Graphics card driver to me! Start the machine in safe mode and when it has booted up push the windows and pause break buttons together and go to the hardware tab and then the device manager button select display adaptors and from there your graphics card right click go to the properties menu and select the driver tab select the roll back driver option and see if that resolves your problem!!
