What you said about being able to access it from the address bar
reminds me of something, some feature you can use from something
called group policy thing (get on cmd and type gpedit.msc) somewhere
there you can lock drives to make it unaccessable but actually you
still can access it from the address bar but not by direct double
clicking. Try to mess a bit and find what it's set for your c drive,
i'll try to look it up later to find the exact path of this thing.
This could be a doing of a virus.
