hmm.... Desktop not showing.... You could take your windows CD and copy it to a flash drive and possibly boot to the flash drive, but that takes a lot of experience...
Anyone else work with those small acers? I have used one but never thought about what would happen if the OS messes up It's also possible that you have a system restore partition on your computer.
