Not all websites offer RSS or XML feeds. This is another service, like
HTTP which most websites use, but it is not the same technology,
therefore, not every HTTP site can be used on a feed reader like
Google Reader. Almost all websites who use feeds will gace it featured
on their homepage or a link from the homepage for it, you can also
look for the Orange triangle featuring a small white dot with three
white bars portruding diagonally from it. There's a lot of information
available, but Google itself has a lot of information on the google
help pages for Google Reader, regarding specifically to feeds.
