Hi, I have a laptop running windows XP. This morning the user tried to print to the HP Colour Laserjet 2605dn printer but nothing printed. When going into printers/faxes the printer displayed "access denied". Everyone else in the office was able to print to this printer except this user. I re-installed the printer on the laptop, did a test page and it worked.
My problem is that I have been trying to remove the old entry but it is not allowing me to do it. Comes up that unable to delete as there are jobs in the queue, but when you look at the queue, nothing displays. Any advice appreciated.
