I have the latest version and it did that right after I installed it,
but (if I recall correctly) after I altered one of its settings, it
stopped.  Unfortunately, I don't recall where the setting was
specifically, but it seems it was in the System Tray applet and I just
went to its options and made sure it was not set to start when Windows
starts.
