You need to download a nokia suite for for your pc before you can use any of the function of it on your pc. This is not going to be as easy as it sounds though. First you have to find a compatiple suite to use for your cell phone and then download it. And once you have done that do not be surprised if it does not always work as you want it to. Just close everything and restart your computer and try again then it usually performs but remember to do exactly as it says when setting it up and i suggest you set it up to download your photos and videos automatically when connected to your cell phone. I had a nokia up til 4 dec last year and it took a lot to find a pc suite that I could use and would work. Make sure you search first your country's version then try the european one if that does not work. And do not be shy about going to other forums to find this program as it will usually take you back to a nokia site to download. I no longer have the direct links to site i used but if i can find it again I will post it Nokia does not supply the pc suite with its phones you always have to go online to get them from what I have been told up to know. Once you have the pc suite installed the rest is easy. good luck
