Big improvement in the log, just a couple of entries to clean up.

Close your browser and check the following entries in HJT, click Fix
and then REBOOT.

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {000020DD-C72E-4113-AF77-DD56626C6C42} - (no
file)

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {B405EE45-1AA2-410D-A6CF-1A74371DCD62} - C:
\WINDOWS\System32\HotLink.dll (file missing)

I think you  will be good to go, but lets see if CG has has any other
thoughts. Hope it helps you.
