   What are your system specifications?
What version of windows do you have?
Does windows start up in safe mode?
should that read GDIPLUS.MAN instead of GDIGLUS.MAN
If so looks like your GDIPLUS.dll file is corrupt on your
computer so copy the file from your windows installation cd into
   G:\I386\asms\1000\MSFT\WINDOWS\GDIPLUS\
    that should resolve the problem.
Let me know if that fixes your problem
   Regards
     Nitros7
