As for the manual --- you could try at www.user-service-manuals.com/get.htm. This is charitable organization which wants donations for manuals; but, they may (as they say on the web page) get you the manual for nothing (see info on the page). Also, another site for service manuals of all type (including the Konica Minolta 7020) is a paid membership site. I found a short instructions manual at website: office.manualsonline.com/manuals/konica_minolta/7020.html that all is required to get is to register (big problem ith this manual is that it does not have network setup instructions). At site www.manualsparadise.com/ReWrite-SPFM-.ESI.M67583799 you could buy the appropriate manual as a downloadable pdf (service manual 20.00, install manual 10.00, user/owner manual 15.00, parts list 15.00). So whichever way you wish to go... I would recommend going the the mfg's website at kmbs.konicaminolta.us/content/support/supportmanuals.html to get the downloadable pdf manuals - user guides manuals - including the user guide for the network interfacen older manual which does not even mention Win2k or XP/Vista) and FAQs
Secondly, unless you have a DHCP server on your local network I doubt that enabling DHCP will get what you the IP address you think it should. Do you have a router with DHCP enabled? How is your local network set up? If your IP address is 10.12.15.xxxx then that address is what the printer should be according to the one manual. You then point your prowser to that address to configure it (the manual is at kmbs.konicaminolta.us/productsattachments/7035KN304ug.pdf). --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Computer Tech Support" group.
