I have a brand new HP computer that all of a sudden is now crashing the Print Spooler on boot. Cannot Add a Printer. Cannot start the Spooler service. Went into Registry and purged all printer related info per Microsoft's knowledgebase articles. Purged all drivers in Windows/system32. Deleted and re-extracted the spooler executable file from the XP CD. Still no luck. Any other suggestions?
