You should be able to find framedyn.dll in Windows\ServicePackFiles
\i386 (hopefully you are up to date with SP3) and it should be copied
to Windows\System32\WBEM. The srclient.dll is also found in the same
location and should be copied to Windows\System32 (it is possible that
it could also be found in Windows\LastGood.Tmp\System32.
You could come up in Safe mode (console) to do the copy.
