Are you using the same OS on both laptops or have you installed a
different OS or have you installed any updates on one and not the
other? Have you installed many different programs on one and not the
other, particularly, have you installed some programs that may be
conflicting on the laptop that is not allowing the Hulu desktop to
connect?
