@ Mori Actually Skydrive will accept Photos, Videos, Excel, Powerpoint, Applications, even exe's.
While the Windows Live Photo Gallery only handles photos and videos, you can add other files manually by just going to your skydrive, but you have to do them one at a time, a bit impractical.
