I have a Sandisk Sansa 270e, so I'll explain my suggestion based on
that player...

Try going to the MP3 player through My Computer, click on Sansa 270e
under removable storage. Then click on Tools in the menu bar, then
Folder Options... Then the View tab. Open the Files and Folders tab
if it isn't already open, then mark 'Show hidden files and folders'.
Hit Ok. You should now see a Music folder, your mp3s will be in
there.

I believe Sandisk has the music folder hidden by default, so this
should set you in the right direction.

Best of luck.
