Wow, I've never actually known anyone to use Cyberdefender 2006 so I can't say if it's really good or not.
I would suggest maybe trying another trial anti-virus or even a free one such as Avast or AVG. As far as Intelinet goes, it sounds suspiciously like ad-ware.
