Having them handy on your thumb drive is a lot handier than going and
searching for them in the System32 folder. As for them being in the
other OSs, I haven't even looked. As for defragging...It might be a
case of which is better Ford or Chevy, but I have found a defragger
that I personally love and I have tested it against the default
defraggers in XP Pro, Vista Business, and Windows 7, and it is way
better hands down, even though some will say it is no different, I
have found it to be way better and it is the portable version of
Defraggler, so it does not even install on the computer you are using
it on. Plus you can even defrag individual files with it. Find it at
