That's okay, for Windows XP Home edition you need to do the following.

1. Left-click on the Start button.

2. Left-click on Control panel.

3. Left-click on User accounts. (If you don't see "User accounts",
you'll see "Switch to Category View" on the left hand side of the
window, after left-clicking that, you should then see User accounts.)

>From here you have the option to edit, rename, delete accounts, etc,
