Hi, How often did you install the software for your printer? If you install the software to often for your product you may have some problems. I suggest you stop turning your printer on and off, to protect it from a serious power outage. Also you could reinstall the software that makes your printer work. Completely rezap your system by deleting your driver and software. Than reinstalling both items. You can do this by disconnecting all your hardware plugs from the wall and your computer. And, then uninstall your software and driver software. Once everything is uninstalled deleted and unplugged you should put your pc back together, and reinstall the software. Since you reconnected your hardware your computer should give you the option to reinstall all your software and driver software. Do so and this may solve your problems.
