Hey coalwater there are millions of sites where you can create your free sites. But just before i begin let of tell you most there free sites come with an addon that is loaded with adds. So you can look further by googling phrase like "free website hosting"etc. My personal favourites are www.freeservers.com-though it gives a site loaded with adds but it has a millions of options to tweak with. Wordpress.com-This is also one of the nice providers of free website that too with little or near zero adds. But it lacks of many options to tweak and personally i find it myself difficult to deal with
