Yes, indeed true, the monitor you use needs touch capabilities meaning that the monitor is specially designed to recognize fingers tapping the screen, which allows you to use it without a mouse, this is a feature that most monitors you buy doesn't come standard with, these types of "touch screen" monitors are indeed deer er in price. I am also running Windows 7 Ultimate, and would love to incorporate the touch features, but am lacking the monitor.
