Take out the ram, unplug the Hard drive, take out any extra PC cards you might have in it, unhook USB plugs if your case has them built in. Boot the computer. If nothing shows up it is either a motheroard or video card issue. If it does come up then start putting one piece in at a time until it doesn't work to single out what is the issue. Let us know the results.
