You need to a master BIOS reset. And no we will not mail it you. All group questions are answer to the group. It is your responsibility to either set your subscription othions to email you, or to check on the group via the web.
And there is not a master password. Whomever set the laptop up/ installed it installed a BIOS password. It DOES NOT ship from the factory with a password. Next question... How did you get the laptop? In most cases like your question the laptop was stolen.
