For Graphics Driver , u should Try "Uniblue Driver Scanner" or Free Device Doctor". It will find the latest available driver for your computer, And as of your second query, u should contact ATI support , but i think its because of "CrossFire" technology used by ATI, Its same as of Dual core/Quad Core Processors..
