*It was mostly as a hidden file (in the startup folder) . I scanned using my antivirus, deleted it and went ahead to delete any bit of it in the registry by using the find tool in the registry, but after all that, as soon as I restarted my pc, the crash report prompt kept coming. it seemed it was never deleted.*
