The best option is borrowing a system disk from someone and using it to
reset the password. It's possible there's a "guest" account with no
password, which would enable you to login but not to do any administration.

What options do I have since this type wont allow me to install
Windows Xp? The laptop gets to Log in point, but the client cant
remember the password, so she advised me to do a clean installation!
