Generally in a Dell Prec you either hit the F2 or F12 key when first
booting to get into BIOS.  Next you have to change the drive type from
what it is now (generally legacy) to Auto-RAID / ATA configuration.
After that you should be able to setup the hard drives in a RAID array
either mirroring or striping, depending on what you want, I would
suggest Mirroring unless you want speed, and striping is speed, but
once one hard drive dies you are out of luck...
