Personally, in my opinion, the only thing worth saving is the case and power supply. Everything else is so obsolete and slow that it isn't worth anything except as a piece of nostalgia. You could most likely fit a newer motherboard into the case (not sure but it may be an AT formfactor although might be an ATX that the case supports)
