Yes, it is always best practice to download a driver from the
manufacturer. The only case to
not do so is if the maker does not have the one you want available for
download.

And, the ONLY thing you can download from that site (driverfiles.net)
is a product
called Driver Cure. That particular site is a rip-off site.
