Dear Ramesh,
    It may happen you have a Ram problem.first clean the Ram pins with a
rubber  and then insert it in another slot,before that make sure that your
Video cord that connects the monitor and cpu is correctly plugged in.if the
two things doesn't work you may have to replace RAM or Motherboard .
