Not all softwares uninstall properly, some leave some registry keys, some
leave some dll files, some even leave small start up programs that assists
the main program somehow, after some time these things stack up and the
operating system might start to get slow, and it's response becomes slower.
I'm not sure this is the best suggestion, but if u want to mess up with the
operating system so much, i'd try installing a virtual operating system,
like by using oracle's virtual box (used to be owned by sun before it got
bought by oracle)
