*Ka dadi * try accessing the folder on which the company profile is located on the network first \\computername\folder. try this from *windows explorer*or *run* not quickbooks. If you get the error access denied, or you are asked to enter login credentials then thats the problem.
sometimes on a windows network if users are not logging on to a domain (login to their computer using their domain credentials) then it becomes hard to control folder access, then you have to share the folder with * everyone.* On Tue, Nov 9, 2010 at 7:06 PM, Ceresia <[email protected]> wrote: > Looks like just a shot in the dark if things work or not.... > > > > http://support.quickbooks.intuit.com/support/Pages/KnowledgeBaseArticle/1001473 > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "Computer Tech Support" group. > To post to this group, send email to > [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to > [email protected]<computer-tech-support%[email protected]> > . > For more options, visit this group at > http://groups.google.com/group/computer-tech-support?hl=en. > > -- Thank you, Rose ________________________________________ -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Computer Tech Support" group.
