*Ka dadi * try accessing the folder on which the company profile is located
on the network first \\computername\folder. try this from *windows explorer*or
*run* not quickbooks. If you get the error access denied, or you are asked
to enter login credentials then thats the problem.

sometimes on a windows network if users are not logging on to a domain
(login to their computer using their domain credentials) then it becomes
hard to control folder access, then you have to share the folder with *
everyone.*
