you can manually edit the boot.ini file, you'll find it hidden in the c:/ , you'll find a line with the default chosen option, and then you'll find a list with the available operating systems, just delete the line that has the windows that you want to remove and save it, but i got to advice you, if you delete the wrong line your computer might not start at all, so be careful
