I installed Win 7 in a 14gb partition on my 320 gb hard drive, 4600 athlon ,2gb ram, pc. this is now drive C
Now i understand that my pc had and still has XP installed in a approx 10GB,drive D, partition which is still there. the rest of the 320 GB is now drive A Did i make a mistake to put win 7 in a partition? the problem is when i download programs they want to end up in that partition which doesnt have much room. win 7 is running ok i think, but there isnt much room there. should i expand partition size, should i use download manager to keep things from going there. my understanding is that with the xp partition nothing every ended up in the partition. so why is win 7 different? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks. Roky -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Computer Tech Support" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
