Its a common problem, there's actually a virus that causes that, happened
to me before, in just googled svchost 100% processor or something like
that, found a small exe fix for it, and it actually worked, I wasn't sure
if it was some virus or anything like that but guess I was lucky, but that
was a really long time ago, don't have the exe now. You should find
solutions easily on google.
