Sorry, Tom! I have my website and e-mail hosting service with EZ Web Host (
http://www.ez-web-hosting.com/). Setting up the website was pretty 
straightforward. Setting up the mail hosting service was less so, but do-able. 
&, as I said 
before, they were totally responsive to my request(s) for help in 
straightening out the mail mess. & they managed to get the block lifted within 
about 12 
hours -- I hope. As I said before, I won't be e-mailing my lists again for a 
week or two, so nothing is certain right now. But I do have my fingers crossed 
that I'll go at least another year without having to deal with an e-mail 
"block."
