What is a bad photo? With all the photo manipulation options available to us today it is hard to find a photo that can't be turned into something acceptable. There are even algorithms available that remove camera shake. After much excitement that you were the first in years to snap a pic of the reclusive Col. Mustard you don't want to discover that he was in the 90% of pics you erased.
