I think this is what you are looking for:

http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=25114

I found it by using "Sherlock" in OS X within the "AppleCare"
Channel.

I find it very hard to find tech articles at apple.com, but when using
Sherlock, it is VERY easy to find exactly what you need & quickly.

Another great source of model specific info is :

http://mactracker.dreamhosters.com/

I was taught in Library Science class in high school not to
memorize tons of facts, but to memorize where to find the
desired information.

There is a web site somewhere on Apples site that will tell me what OS a particular model of Apple Macintosh Computer can run.

Can someone point there.

I am asking about Power Macintosh 7800/180's
