Windows?  If not, what is recommended (we have CDs with Windows ME,
XP Home, 2000, and XP Pro available to install if needed).

After a short time, she'll realize that she won't need to use Windows programs. All of the programs she needs should be available for Mac OS X. If there's one she can't find, just ask.
