Yes. I did it to assure nothing was getting cropped, since all I had
to test with was SD 4:3 video. By rotating it the first time, I made
myself some 3:4 video which is what you said you had.

I might be mischaracterizing the aspect ratio, but the problem is simply
turning a sideways video upright without losing the correct aspect
ratio. Why do you do the second 270-deg rotation? Doesn't that make it
sideways again?
