If we can come up with an answer, I can also use it. I have a version of Dragon NataurallySpeaking on my desktop at work that pops up the registration screen every time I boot up. The symptoms seem to be identical to what has been described here - it's not in the StartUp folder, I've registered the software, etc. - and nothing makes the window go away except cancelling it. But it will be back the next time I boot up. Dan :-(
