I suppose in theory you are correct. But to bring it to the Real
World, please cite some examples where anyone has hacked and read
someone else's email on gmail, yahoo mail, or MSN, or anywhere else
for that matter.

Besides, I dunno what type of super secret business you think the OP
is in, but if he encrypts all his emails he should have said that up
front. Most people send emails in plain text, and they're stored in
plain text on their computer. No security is expected. Anything you
say in email should be considered 'public'.

I go back to emails all the time for information, links and
websites.  As long as it is on the web it is there for anyone to see.
