Last time I was looking at car radios in Best Buy there were a few on
display with slots for various digital media.  Crutchfeild lists 36
units with a USB input.

That would be me.  It's a Sony GTX-610UI(sorry, from
memory).  There is(?was?) a review on cnet talking
iPod friendly stereos.  There's a posting on the cnet
site saying that they had a car radio from Target also
has a USB slot and an aux-in jack.
