One of my staff wanted me to buy three large plasma displays to track our staff and their schedules. If he were still working for me I expect he would want us all to carry our passports so RFID detectors could track our whereabouts and put them on the display. I'm a fan of "low tech and efficient" and still use a bulletin board. Why will that "not cut it in the new place"? I have one client who maintains a web page that posts who is absent. That seems to work well for them. Googling, I see InOutBoard.net at $1 per month per person or less. I also see that timeclock.sourceforge.net has an open source project that inclided In/Out status. ************************************************************************ * ==> QUICK LIST-COMMAND REFERENCE - Put the following commands in <== * ==> the body of an email & send 'em to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] <== * Join the list: SUBSCRIBE COMPUTERGUYS-L Your Name * Too much mail?
