I did a quick search and found

I get the impression that most folks are keeping the liner notes and the
CD itself in special three-hole punched plastic sleeves that are then
kept in three-ring binders. As for me, I have enough storage racks that
I picked up at town-wide clean up days to last me a LONG time.
