Your sample rate is mismatched. I have no idea how to change it on a
Windows machine but it's most likely a setting in your playback
hardware. It's doubly odd that your streaming audio has a sample
rate error but other playback doesn't. Checking audio control panels
& such would be a usual suspect too.

All streaming audio sites run too fast . Sound like
chipmunks . Both Real Player and Win Media
player . CDs play at correct speed and sound fine.
One gig CPU , 512 megs ram , AC'97 built in sound
controller .56k dial up.Win2000Pro.
I've reinstalled Real and Win players and changed their
versions . Reinstalled their drivers.
Changed modems .
Everything else works fine . Even streams connect and play ,
but TOO FAST !
