That OS would be OS X.

Remote Desktop is no reason for going to the the dark side.  Microsoft
Office for the Mac comes with Remote Desktop Client, or it is a *free*
download from <http://www.microsoft.com/mac/>.  I used it only once
with no problems that I can remember, so I am not fully qualified
to endorse it, but it is certainly worth a try as it is much less trouble
than installing an entire second OS.  Here's the product description
from MS:

Remote Desktop Connection Client for Mac allows you to connect to a Windows-based computer and work with programs and files on that computer from your Macintosh computer. To connect to a Windows- based computer, you need network access and permissions to connect to the computer, and the computer must be running Terminal Services or Remote Desktop Services.
